All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may vary slightly.

Shipping Time & Carriers

Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Nikkey’s Candle Wax Bar is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Weather Disclaimer

Candles are sensitive to extreme heat or cold. While we take extra care when packaging, Nikkey’s Candle Wax Bar is not responsible for melting or damage caused by weather conditions or carrier delays once the package has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nikkey’s Candle Wax Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
