Return & Refund Policy

At Nikkey’s Candle Wax Bar, each product is hand-poured with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles, wax melts, or other scented items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Please note:
• Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible
• Shipping delays caused by carriers or weather are not eligible for refunds
